About ITOfficerPrep

IBPS SO IT Officer preparation, built on the official IBPS pattern.

What we do

ITOfficerPrep helps you prepare for one exam: IBPS Specialist Officer, IT Officer (Scale-I). Start with these pages:

IBPS SO IT Officer exam pattern: Prelims, Mains, descriptive and interview
IT Officer Professional Knowledge syllabus: Professional Knowledge topics by subject
IBPS SO IT Officer eligibility: Age and qualification, from the notification

The Professional Knowledge paper is what decides the Mains merit list, so the site is built around it: 12 IT subjects, and practice on the 2-mark, −0.50 marking.

How we work

Official sources only. Exam facts come from the IBPS notification and handout PDFs, each linked from the page it supports, with the date it was last checked.
Clear labels. Anything that is not in an IBPS document, such as the IT topic list, is labelled as such and never presented as official.
Practice on the real pattern. Topic quizzes and full mock tests will follow the same tests, marks, time limits and negative marking as the exam.

What is ready

The exam pages are live. Log in, the dashboard, topic quizzes and mock tests are being built and are marked “Launching soon” until they open. Launching before the 2027 notification.
